Clave is hiring Members of Technical Staff.

Half your time you are on a call with a client, building what they actually need. The other half you are making the system better so the next client takes a fraction of the work.

The technical core is architecting against legacy systems, ingesting large volumes of data from dozens of sources per client, and building and refining the ontology and action layer our agents depend on. Every architectural decision starts with the same question: what does this look like for the operator on the other end?

You will also own the user experience and be opinionated about it. Real ownership of entire pieces of the product, not the corporate version of it.

If you have spent the last few years at a big company waiting for someone to give you a real surface area to operate on, this is the role. Ex-founders are a big plus.

You'll work directly with our CEO, COO, and CTO on the operating rhythm of the company: organizing inbound, preparing materials for investor and client conversations, supporting external relationships, and helping move well-scoped internal projects forward.

You'll get exposure to conversations most people never see this early. Investor calls, client meetings, partnership and strategy discussions, and the real debates about where this company is headed. A raw view of Clave as we build it from what it is today into what it's going to become.

Three traits matter, in this order: agency, organization, curiosity. This is a paid role with mentorship, clear expectations, and hands-on learning. We cover travel, accommodation when needed, and any tools you use. Strong performers may be considered for future full-time roles as the company grows.
