What we look for in everyone

Three things, in everyone we hire

High agency

We're not going to walk over to your desk and tell you what to do. We expect you to walk into the office with five problems you've already started solving. If you think something could be better, go do it and tell us after.

A track record of excellence

We don't care what it's in. President of your Pokémon card trading club, number one ranked beach frisbee golf player in your county, top 100 Smash Bros player, whatever. We just want proof you've obsessed over becoming the best at something.

Obsession

We've all fallen in love with the problems we're solving here at Clave. Obsession is not something we're going to teach you. But it is contagious, and so is a lack thereof.
