Integrations

Every system, and what happens when there is no API.

Most operators run somewhere between five and fifteen systems, and a good number of them were signed before the smartphone. Clave was built for that stack, not for a clean one.

It works with whatever you already run.

The objection we hear most is that the stack is closed. It still works. When a vendor gives you no API, James works the dashboard the same way your team does, reads the report, and pulls the numbers out.

When the stack is closed

A closed system is one whose vendor has no commercial reason to let anything else read it. That is most of them. The contract renews either way, so nobody upstairs is in a hurry to open the door.

What no API means for you

An API is the door a vendor leaves open for other software. When there is no door, most tools stop and tell you the integration is not supported. James does not stop. He signs in and works the dashboard the way your area manager does, runs the report, reads the export, and pulls the numbers into the same place as everything else.

Nothing gets ripped out and nobody has to migrate. Your team keeps using the system they know.

Why it takes days

The six month timeline in this industry is not a technical fact. It is a services business. We connect what exists, prove the numbers against what you already know, and get out of your way.

The agent

Meet James.

James is the general manager who reads everything. He watches every store, does the math overnight, and has the short list ready before you sit down with your coffee.

He was built by operators, for the way multi unit operators actually run. You keep every decision.
